- Diffuse: The most common way to enjoy Essential Oils, add 2-10 drops of oil to your Aromatherapy Diffuser. You can also use a Car Diffuser or Diffuser Necklace.
- Topically/On the Go: You can also experience the benefits of Essential Oils by adding 4-6 drops of your Essential Oil Blend to a 15ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Apply to your wrists, temples, behind your ears & soles of your feet.
See topical dilution guide below for safe topical application - Massage: Dilute a few drops of HER Essential Oil Blend into a carrier oil, massage oil, or moisturiser to soothe sore, cramping muscles.
- Body & Belly Oil: Due to the hormone balancing qualities in HER Essential Oil Blend, this makes for a fantastic belly oil, especially at that time of the month. To create a safe body oil, dilute 20-30 drops HER Blend into 80-100ml carrier oil base (we recommend something light and easily absorbed such as Almond Oil or Grapeseed Oil). For added benefits, include 20ml Castor Oil to your blend.
- Bath: Add a few drops of HER Essential Oil blend to a warm bath to promote emotional, immune & hormone support.
- Skin Serum: Not just for emotional and hormone balance, the ingredients in HER Essential Oil Blend have fantastic healing properties when it comes to skincare. Add a few drops of the blend to 100ml carrier oil of choice (try Jojoba Oil or Rosehip Oil, or a combination of both). Once diluted, apply nightly to desired areas, avoiding your eyes and sensitive areas. Alternatively, you can add a couple of drops to your existing skincare products (cream / lotion) to boost their healing and rejuvenating properties.
- Fast Remedy: Add 1-2 drops of essential oil blend to a tissue and inhale at a distance while ensuring that the oil does not come into direct contact with your skin. Alternatively, you can smell the oil directly from the bottle!
Topical Dilution Guidelines
Please note that the following guidelines are recommended for healthy adults:- General Use: 2 – 4% dilution (4 – 8 drops per 10ml)
- Facial Application: 1 – 2% dilution (2 – 4 drops per 10ml)
